Volcan is a new kind of energy service that offers unlimited clean energy for a simple, fixed subscription.
How much does it cost?
We offer you a custom subscription price based on your usage. Your subscription will be charged every month on your set payment method--just like Netflix. Use without worrying--truly unlimited, no tricks, no extra charges, no contracts.
How can I switch?
Once you're signed up, we inform your previous supplier about your request to switch. There are no physical changes required so you won't face any disruption in your service. And without you lifting a finger, we'll shift your home to 100% clean energy.
What happens with my utility?
Once you're signed up, we'll seamlessly switch you from your utility to Volcan. After that, we are the point of contact for all your energy needs.
If my power goes out, who do I call to fix it?
We work hard to not let that happen but if for any reason there's an outage, reach us anytime at our customer care number: +1(647) 559-1767.
How do I cancel?
Volcan is flexible. There are no pesky contracts and no commitments. You can easily cancel your account online in two clicks. There are no cancellation fees – start or stop your account anytime. Once you cancel we'll seamlessly transfer you back to your previous supplier, without any disruption. From then on, you'll be billed by that supplier.
